  • Switching Formula Woman to E85 Bio-Ethanol, halving the championships CO2 emissions by 50% to 1.85 tonnes CO2
  • Tyres, brake fluid, engine oil are all disposed of using environmentally friendly methods and contractors
  • Identified waste recycling scheme at headquarters. Waste reduced by 25%

    Hyperion Motorsport

    Brief: Assessment of current environmental performance and determine if there are any opportunities for improvement, cost savings and competitive advantage in establishing a more environmentally considered approach to their activities.

    Program: An environmental review was carried out in the form of an audit assessing all operational activities ranging from their energy use, waste management, site management, transportation, racing and service activities.

    Next Phase: Hyperion are now undergoing a period of internal review and will be introducing the policies as reported in the audit accordingly. This is to go hand-in-hand with the production of an Environmental Management System (EMS) which is currenly being produced.
