The EEMS program manager, Alan Mercer, said, "We are delighted to welcome [HillyardKarbon] to the program and are excited by the variety and depth of the commitment being shown.
The Energy Efficient Motorsport Program (part of Motorsport Development UK) is a Government program whose vision is to work with the UK motorsport industry to put energy efficiency at the heart of modern motorsport by stimulating the use of sustainable technologies, fuels and strategies.
HillyardKarbon's Environmental Performance Director, Richard Hillyard commented "it is a positive effort by EEMS to draw recognition and standardisation to the efforts of organisations involved in creating a better performance environment for motorsport and a campaign we whole-heartedly support." |

The Energy Efficient Motorsport programmer (EEMS) have today awarded HillyardKarbon 'Campaign Partner' status in relation to our environmental work on safeguarding investment revenue and sponsorship in motorsport.
The program, an initiative of EEMS, sets a number of guidelines and criteria that a company must achieve in order to gain Campaign Partner status. These are;
• The relevance of the organisations work to the motorsport industry
• That the company demonstrate a commitment to energy efficiency
• Demonstrate a pro-active approach to meeting its charter commitment
• Top level commitment to the Campaign Partner Initiative |
